 If I get around to investing into a set of CH4D dies for my 450B (.452") , Would I be able to resize to .451" for use in my 45acp?

Since I would have to pay alot extra for the custom .452"...I am hoping I could use it for more than one type of bullet.

I am not sure. I now some people and have heard that you can shoot a 452 bullet in your 45 acp example would be like the 1911 that has very shallow riflings. Might actully help with accuracy as I am being told. I know Lee makes a 451 sizing die for cast bullets that after the fact you my be able to run them through the sizer die. I am not sure how that would affect the lead from being squished out tho. Let me look into it some more. I had thought about buying factory 452 diamtere bullets to shoot through my 45 to check for accuracy myself.

I use Berry's bullets and they are .452 diameter.  Shoot just fine through my 1911.

aren't Berry's plated instead of jacketed? If I can get away with .452"...I'll just leave them at that. I know Hornady has some XTP's that are .452" for the 45acp. And the XTP's for my 9mm are .356" instead of the standard .355"...so maybe they will be ok.

i personally believe you will be fine using 452 for your 45 acp.

yes berry's are plated.... they make jacketed bullets too, but I am not sure of their diameter.

If you anneal the brass to swage a jacketed bullet enough it should swage to .452". Pressure controls a lot when it comes to bullet diameter and so does jacket hardness and core hardness.
